For your convenience, we accept all major credit/ debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks. We also offer 3rd party financing options. We endeavor to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, full payment is expected at the time service is rendered. Please remember that you are responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Your dental insurance contract is an agreement between you and your insurance company, it is your responsibility to verify your benefits and eligibility, as a courtesy we will contact your insurance and help you to understand your benefits prior to treatment.
Please note regardless of network participation, our office does not accept assignment of benefits which means you are responsible for paying your insurance allowable fees or our usual and customary fees upfront and we will file a claim on your behalf to your insurance so your insurance can reimburse you directly.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any unpaid or reduced payment after your insurance has paid its portion is your responsibility. If issues arise you may contact your insurance company directly with questions you may have or to file an appeal of any adverse decision.
